Another gold, silver ups medal tally

Secretary for Home Affairs Caspar Tsui hailed swimmers Wong Hon-yin and Cheong Sui-kei for bagging two more medals at the 11th National Games for Persons with Disabilities & the Eighth National Special Olympic Games today.   Mr Wong surpassed all other swimmers in the Men’s S14 100m Backstroke event to capture a gold medal, while Ms Cheong won silver in the Women's S14 100m Backstroke event.   Congratulating the two medallists and their team, Mr Tsui said: "Wong Hon-yin and Cheong Sui-kei persevered and gave full play to their skills in the competitions, fully demonstrating the can-do spirit of Hong Kong athletes."
