2.02m vaccine doses given

About 2,026,600 doses of COVID-19 vaccines have been administered to the public, with about 1,202,400 people receiving their first dose and about 824,200 getting their second dose.   Among those given the first dose of vaccines, about 517,900 people have received the Sinovac jab and about 684,500 people have received the BioNTech one.   For the second dose, about 378,800 people have received the Sinovac vaccine, while about 445,300 people have been administered the BioNTech jab.   About 2,800 people received their first dose of the Sinovac vaccine and around 1,900 people received their second dose under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme today.    For the BioNTech vaccine, about 6,000 people received their first dose at community vaccination centres (CVCs) and about 5,500 people received their second dose.   The overall percentage of people who received the Sinovac vaccine at CVCs is about 95%, the same as for the BioNTech one.   As of 8pm, about 3,300 people booked their first and second doses of the Sinovac vaccine online, while about 7,100 reserved their first and second doses of the BioNTech jab.   As of midnight, 15 people were sent to hospitals.
